In his early period as a professional photographer, Yiorgos Depollas focused on advertising and commercial photography. At the same time, he enriched his personal archive of travel photography.
Ιn 1983, in collaboration with his friend Alekos Valavanis, they founded FOTORAMA Editions, setting as main objective the promotion of Greece through various photographic image applications, such as carte postale, posters, calendars and books.
