Yiorgos Depollas

Two brief visits to the French capital offered Depollas again the opportunity to photograph the subject that always interested him most: people. There is no uniform treatment of the subject matter in this series, as one can find both portraits and street scenes. Human figures are isolated in the changeable setting of the European metropolis, in environments that deal more with facets of public space and less with their own personal microcosm.
